    R-ALA vs ALA

I realize that R-ALA is supposedly more effective but does anyone have an idea as to how much more effective. It is a lot more expensive than the old ALA

there's plenty of info on it if you search... i too was wondering the same thing and found it in an older thread ( i don;t recall which one). I believe it has somethign to do with the r-ala being the raw product and so it is more efficient in the body. take a look back in the old threads though and you can find out how much more effective and such...(one thing i just found is that some take upwards of 1000mg of ala whereas only300-500 is needed with the r-ala.. also you need biotin with rala
