PWO drink with PUMP
Hey bros! Just to say this is my first question posted in the supplement
forum! My current PWO shake is : optimum after max (a mix of
carbs and prot) in milk (coz it tastes real good).I got 40 packets of scitec
nutritions pump creatine! I was thinking of throwing it into my PWO shake!
The first problem I guess would be I can't mix creatine in milk, so it would
have to be not milk but some sort of juice! What kind? Also I'm taking ECA b4
my workout so I'm wondering how much time does it have to pass between
and taking creatine? Thanks bros!

I mix creatine in my PWO shake, with milk. Never had a problem. True the creatine doesnt desolve too well, and leaves a gritty taste. But I just suck it up......

I always take my creatine in water and never got it to disolve at all. It just sits inthe cup like sand. Get it stirred good and then chug it and you get most of it down, doesnt even taste like anything.

What about the ECA? And what sort of juice should I use bros?

Some will tell you that taking caffeine and creatine is detrimental to the fluid retention that creatine is supposed to enhance in your muscle. I don't think that this is true. I personally haven't noticed a difference. Caffeine is regarded as a far more powerful diueretic than it actually is in my opinion.
As for the type of juice to use, if you are set on juice than grape juice is the best option but mixing dextrose with your creatine is ideal.

So, to shorten the whole story, can I take the ECA b4 my workout and creatine with whey in juice after my workout?
