In the morning, for those of you trying m1t or have experience with it, are you taking the m1t, 4derm, multi-vitamin and hawthorne all at once? I wouldn't think that this would be an issue. Similar to eating dinner, you body has to separate all of the nutrients regardless of what they are. ~dow
Split it all up trhoughout the day. m1t and 4-ad 12 hours apart.
4derm indicates once or twice a day application. Of course everyone will go with the twice a day. So I would think once in the morning and once in the evening with the m1t.
I read in another post somewhere to take one M1T in morn with 4derm and again at nite. 4derm preferably after shower so your pores are open and gets absorbed better. I will be taking 10mgs M1T ED so one morn and one before workout? Or one before workout and one at nite?
I take mine one in the morning and one before I go to the gym.
From what I understand, take it at approx the same time everyday so the body maintains even levels of test. I take mine 7am and 5pm. Before meals. Post your results when your done with the cycle.
Ideally you would take it at 12 noon and 12 midnight everyday. But 12 hours apart are just as good but try and keep it the same time everyday.
Ill get used to my class schedule the first 9 weeks and plan everything to a T, as in M1T. Then by the second 9 weeks Ill be ready to blast off. Maybe earlier, well haffta see. Ill deff be keeping everyone posted.

9 weeks of a 17aa? Wow, thats maxin it out. 4 to 5 weeks TOPS. Your body may not fogive you if you really intend on doing 9 weeks.
The multi-vitamin should be seperate from the rest. You don't know what the vitamin can be binding to and you can be wasting some or all of the other stuff. Give your body about an hour to absorb the multi-vitamin before you take the rest.
