    Flax oil when Cutting

I've noticed that many cutting diets include flax oil. I have heard that it helps remove fat from the body. Is it true? And can anyone give me a more scientific explaination of how a this stuff works ?

yes you need fats, especially good ones like flax/cla etc.... if you diet is very clean you need some good fat in there, it aids in all kinds of cell functions and does aid in fat loss. Usually about 4g -8g per day does the trick assuming your on a low carb/high protien type of diet.
