Do i still need the milk thistle as a liver protectant if the R-ALA offers protection aswell. I heard R-ALA was expensive but at holland and barrett its only £3.40 for 100capsules theyre called Alpha Lipoic Acid Capsules thats R-ALA right?

Thats probably regular ALA, not R. Regular is liver protective also, should work fine.
so if its just ALA i will need the milk thistle also?
should i bust my ass looking for R-ALA or will the regular gear do fine?
My opinion is that the regular ALA will be fine, although others may disagree. People many times hold some strong opinions about their brand or type of ALA.
As far as Milk Thistle goes, I believe it should be used. I believe that the benefits outweigh any disruption of gains. I believe that the potential for a loss in gains is miniscule, while liver protection should be first and foremost on your list. There are just too many people who use it while on cycle and make good gains for me to believe that it is as big a hinderance as some would say.
