M1T 5 weeks and i`m going for it!! last min questions?

Ok...after reviewing the board for the last 3 months and asking a few questions heres what i have so far....

4 tubs of 5mg UL M1T
2 bottles of 4-derm
1 bottle of s1+
48 x 50mg Clomid
30 x 20mg nolvadex
milk thistle

OK lets here it..what else do i need to fork out my $$ on!!! its cost a fortune!

1) This is gonna be my first cycle and some people have said start of by using just s1+ for a first cycle but is this good advice or should i just go straight for the m1t. Plus if i did a purely s1+ cycle i haven`t got enough in 1 bottle right?

2) Have i got enough nolv and clomid there.......can i make do at a pinch, i really struggle gettin hold of it and so thats the lot right now! If so, how should i spread it out over my pct ?

3) Where should i add creatine or other supps, i have heard a few others being talked about ..something beginnin with t to stop your testies shrinking..and others..?

4) NSA - you have stated a few times, a good m1t cycle using these products but can you spend five more minutes and give us an EXACT cycle of what you do...including every suppliment...everyone talks about loosing some of their gains yet you always say you keep yours!!


Please...anyone who can answer 1,2,3 or 4 fire away!!

you absolutely need pct for your first cycle...dont know a lot about hte subject but i do know that. Also not sure about s1+ but you should prob start with 1-ad and 4-ad for your first cycle then move to m1t

YEA YEA --- defo!!! maybe u got the wrong end of the stick...i have nolv and clomid for pct. in 5) i`m asking if there is anything with PCT like clen or sommet that would cut me a bit more!? Ok. Here's what i did:

Weeks 1-4:
M1t 10 mg/ED
4-aderm 400 mg/ED
Hawthorne berry extract 1 gram ED
b-12 1000 mcg/ED
Mulivitamin twice daily
Tribulus 5 grams/ED

Weeks 5-8:
Nolvadex 20 mg/ED
Clomid (300-100-50 split)
Clen start with 80 mcg/ED and work up to 200 mcg/ED
Taurine and potassium
Milk thistle 1 gram/ED
HMB 3 grams/ED
b-12 1000 mcg/ED
Mulivitamin twice daily
Creatine 5 grams/ED

I would not recomend using that much clen to anyone. I for some reason can handle a great deal of clen. But the rest of it suitable for anyone IMO. But once again the clen dosing i used is not safe for others.

I would like to add that my diet and training were really good during the cycle and i increased my food intake during pct, to help keep from going into a catabolic state and stay anabolic even during pct.

Just do the math. 20 mg nolvadex for 4 weeks, 300-100-50 mg split for clomid.

I may have to purchase yet, more $hit for this M1T cycle. Already blown about $200 on it. Meh, itll get me huge.

The majority of the things that i took was not to get big, but to maintain my gains.

Gettin big and stayin big is a good idea tho.

oK, so basically u gonna need...
""Nolv"" ---- 21 (3 weeks) x 20mg nolv = 21 x 20mg(i have 30)
"" clomid"" -(300 x 7) + (100 x 7) + (50 x 7) Clomid
42 + 14 + 7 = 63 x 50mg tabs
I have 48 x 50mg (15 short)

Whats the best way to split this as i`m 15 50mg clomid tabs short.... take 250 + 100 + 50 or subsitute with some on the spare nolvadex i`ll have ?

Clomid is wrong, first day 300, next 10 days 100, last 10 days 10.

You need 27 clomid tabs. 300mg day one = 6 tabs. 100mg days 2-11 = 12 tabs. 50mg days 12-21 = 7 tabs. 6+12+7=27.

The nolva in the sample cycle was 4 weeks if I remember correctly so you would need to take 28 instead of 21.

Soldier is correct about the 4 weeks of nolvadex. time on = time off. You might as well continue the nolvadex throughout your off time, unless your off time is more than 4 weeks.

What would you say to recommend as off time, its my first cycle, so am i best running it and thats that...leave it for quite a few monts,,or go back on again ..or what?

Also, what about an ECA stack, i know its alot less potent, but would it be useful, i`d rather use eca instead of clen in my pct but what ur reccon?

I used clen during pct for its anti-catabolic properties. It will help you stay from losing muscle mass to catabolism. I also increase my food intake alot during pct to stay anabolic, the clen allows me to do this without worrying about gaining fat. I also eat clean almost all the time and i rarely cheat. My cheating is almost entirely candy, but i don't take dextrose with my pwo shake those days and I take a few caps of r-ala before i binge on candy. Just so you know i workout in the morning and eat the candy later in the day.

So you would recommend clen in pct and ECA would be no alternative?

I don't know much more than most people about ECA, but i don't think it has anti-catabolic properties like clen does.

Oh and i definately recommend clen during pct.

I was gonna order some clen as soon as I got to school in 2.5 weeks and start cutting before M1T in Oct. Would it be better to get more cut before M1T or use it to cut the fat off after my cycle in Dec? Keep in mind I will be doing TONS of cardio for Ranger Challange from Aug-Oct.

Why not use it before and after to cut off fat?

Is clen safe enough to use as much as that? i.e before and after?

Would this apply to me then, use clen before and then do my cycle and use it in pct ?

(Can i ask again, has anyone used ECA stacks and clen, can you compare the two ? )

Yeah that crossed my mind as well. Ill see how it goes and figure it out once Im back in ye olde dorms.

Clen can be run almost for ever in 2 week on and 2 week off cycle cycles. Most users use ECA in the clen off period and clen during the eca off period.

is clen advisable pct for ecto-morph types? if my concern during my mit/4ad cylcle was bulking would the clen hinder my great gains( in terms of bulking) or help me maintain /add to them? I plan on using your plan for pct plus creatine. so should i add the clen?

I would add clen to pct, it helps maintain gains made during the cycle alot better than not using it. This is true regardless of body type, im a mesomorph and it works great for me, but i also know people who are ectomorphs who use it with good results.
