methyl-d experience
hey guys i haven't spent much time in this forum b/c i'm not really supplementing w/ anything but creatine at the moment but i saw some things here on methyl-d and i'd thought i'd share...i ran the bottle through 3 weeks on 3 weeks off by the time i was 8 weeks in i had gained 13lbs w/ the same bf% (12) my arms grew a little over 3/4 of an inch and all my lifts went up ..i made no other changes to my diet or my training so to me i thought it was amazing ..anyway that was about 2 months ago next time will be the hard stuff!

You did do pct during the 3 weeks off right?

nope, if i only had a computer a month ago...i learned alot since i have been here but so far i've seen no sides i actually lost a few lbs but it looks like it might have been water is it too late?
