    Is this right?

    For my PWO shake.......
    40g Protien

    Dextrose serving size 1.25tsp= 4g
So if I take 10 servings it will = 40g

    Maltodextrin serving size 1/2 cup= 50g
So a little bit less than 1/2 cup will give me 40g

    So total will be...
    40g Protien
    40g Dextrose
    40g Maltodextrin

    Is this correct? Thanks!

Looks pretty good I think. This is the wrong place for this though. Check the diet forum for better info on PWO shakes

I take two scoops protien, one scoop malto and 3 table spoons dex. It is 46g pro, 50g malto, and 40g (roughly) dex. 3 tablespoons is just under what youre using so mine is about 38 or 39g dex. 12.5 tsp= 3.125tbs. You should have a 2:1 ratio of carb to protien in pwo shake. More on that in diet forum like birsling said.

the math looks right to me. 1/3 cup of malto would be about 37.5 g

PWO should not include malto, not a quick enough form of cards. Should be straight dextrose for PWO.

    You want a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protien. 40dex + 40malt = 80g carbs. 80carb:40pro = 2carb:1pro.
