With the information out that Chromium Picolinate damages DNA and may be carcinogenic has anyone stopped using it?
Basically I am asking for the general concensus on it. I still take it, but I am reconsidering it.

If I remember correct, it's not so much the chromium that damages dna, but the picolinate. Other forms of chromium do not do this and are "safer". Been a while since I've read anything on it so this could be out of date. Also been a while since I've supplimented chromium!
Same here. Been a few years since I supplemented Chromium. Didn't have anything to do with any studies. I didn't see much in the way of results.
