Protein vs Hydrolyzed Protein
Anybody know what hydrolyzed protein is? All i know is that the sodium is doubled. What is difference? and which is better? (i am on a cutting cycle right now, so i need to stay away from water retention) thanks guys

It just contains more Monosodium glutamate, you get it from tuna, nothing to worry about but the Sodium content is higher.
