hey im 7 days into my m1t cycle and i really odnt see any phsyical results yet like int he mirrior, i have some pretty big pumps but not as big as i thought they wree gonna be, maybe i have more to kick in, and when should i start seeing results?

its not miraculous but will put a little size on you just wait and see the remainder of the cycle
how long cycle?
I myself got about 5 pounds lbm along with 11 pounds fat/water
got about 3/4 inch on my arms though which was nice
im 7 days into my 4 week cycle.
i started getting more extreme results deeper in the 2nd week. i started 4derm for a few days before i added the m1t. i am in day16 of a three week and each of the past few days i gained a couple more pounds for a total of twelve so far. this is my first m1t cylce with about four ph's previous. water and diet should be at ridicoulous levels to really see huge gains!
Hang in there, and you will see gains. Be sure your PIGGIN out on good food. Are you using 4derm as well? ~dow
I was around mid-cycle when I started feeling it.
I noticed monster pumps my first week, by the second week I was definetly "fuller".
Must...Start...M1T...But cant....Due to...Andro cycle in June. AAAAAHHH!
Screw andro, get to the good stuff...
I didnt know about M1T untill the beginning of summer. 1-AD-EC was the best thing I found and did two cycles last semester/summer. OOOH man, Im never doin those again as long as I can get M1T.
