    R-ala

i'm considering using r-ala, but i can't get over the price of the ****. i currently am supplementing with whey(obviously), creatine, all types of vitamins(multis, anti-o's,etc.)....

is it worth spending the money for the r-ala???? how many people here use it, and what are your experiences with it??? when i search i only get newb questions, i just want some personal opinions on the ****!

Regular ALA is very cheap if you are getting sticker shock from the R.

R-ala basicly shuttles carbs to your muscles instead of having them be carried to adipocytes and stored as fat.

glucorell is 39 for 240, 22 for 120--- with the 750mcg of requisite biotin.

properly tested material, with the results posted. which cannot be said for the others mentioned.

No argument here bro....as soon as I have the money to burn...I will pick up some of the higher quality glucorell....it is pricey though. I will say that although I trust you that it is a much higher quality I have experience with syntrax and 1FAST400 and both have given me distinctive pumps.
