    Help with glutamine...

    I want to take 10 g of Glutamine a day. I just bought 500g of it in powder form. Well, there are NO serving instructions on the bottle. How much is 1 ml (measuring spoons) equal to in grams?

    1/2 ounce...........................15 grams

    1 tablespoon 3 teaspoons........1/2 ounce
