getting started
Hey fellows,
First of all just wanted to say that this board is pretty amazing with all the info (hell of a job guys). Second I am getting ready to really go after some gains and need a little advice on a good routine. I am about 150lbs and find it difficult to put on weight. Right now I only workout about three times a week just to keep fit and do full body workouts. Any advice is appreciated.

do your research. if you really want to put on mass you need at least 1g protein/lb of body weight/day, and at least 2g/lb of carbs. creatine, glutamine help also. divide workouts chest/tri back/bi legs shoulders/calves, or a variation of this. not going to get gains w/total body workouts. good luck
