When to take R-ALA???

I'm curious should I take R-ala right after working out with my 100g. of Dextrose? it says on the bottle to take 30 min. Prior to eating carbs (100mg r-ala per 30 grams of carbs) Since it is recommended to take Dex no longer than 15 min. after Workout what do you guys suggest to do?

I'm probably just being to anal but I just want to make sure I'm doing everything accurately.

it is reccomended that Glucorell (r-ala) be taken 5-10 minutes prior to eating. taking it a half hour before can cause low blood sugar, especially after workout.
