Right now daily I am taking 2-3 protein shakes, dextrose in my protein shake PWO, flax in my other 2 protein shakes, (1) multi vitamin, (3) 500 mg pills of vit c, and 5 g of effervescent creatine pre lifting,
Is this enough supps for me to see benefits?
