On is ussually a very reliable company but IMO any protein complex should have micellar casein in there somewhere.

ISS makes a good protein complex. Its called Pro M3, it has: whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate and egg albumen. Basicly the same as the protein complex that ON makes plus it has caseine in there.

Then you would just be taking in twice as much whey protein. The point of a protein complex is to give you different kinds of proteins, different kinds of proteins have different rates of digestion.

I've tried the chocolate, and it doesn't taste very good. Actually had a bitter taste to it. I'm going to stick w/ regular ON 100% whey from now on...

i think ISS pro m3 is a better choice for a protein complex than ON's.

I just bought another 12 lb bag of their Serious mass gainer. Great taste for having no sugar and it has 50 grams of protien per serving. Best value.
I know it isnt JUST protein but maybe it might help....

Micellar matrix by ISS is also another good protein complex, actually i think its a little better than pro M3.

You can also look at custom mix companies like allthewhey and many others. They are usually relatively reasonable, and allow you to make your own complex.

Yeah, thats what i do myself. Black star labs allows you to make your own customeized protein with a whole bunch of possible ingredients.
