What you guys think of my purchase???

I just placed an order today of 1000grams of Creatine and 1000 grams of Glutamine, V12 turbo, EAS HMB capsules, 20 grams of R-ALA powder, 100 1000mg capsules of CLA, and 200 grams of pyruvate.

Some quick questions: I weigh about 215 lbs so how many capsules of HMB would I need to take? How much R-ALA do I need to take as well???

As for the CLA and Pyruvate I need to tkae 3-4 grams of CLA and 3-6 grams of pyruvate correct??

That looks like a solid purchase. I would suggest 3-5 grams ED of HMB. And the R-ALA is difficult to say how much, but 200 mg before each meal should suffice.

quick question: I bought these powders from beyondacentury.com and was wondering how i can take them? Can i mix them into my protein shakes or should i mix them into my creatine shakes or take them seperetely into many drinks during the day?? Anyone have any ideas as to how to take these powders?

If it was me i would cap it, but if you can't do that then i would take them with your protein shakes. Except for the r-ala that should be taken before a meal.
