Just make sure you get the 25mg tabs, the 12.5's are a pain in the ass to pop all day. And I think that the tabs beat the hell out of the gel capsules. They still sell ephedrine across the St. from me at this gas station, its 100 25mg tabs for under 10 bucks. I think that these work better than Hydroxycut or Stackers ever did.
