Alternatives?
I've been using NO2 along with creatine and whey protein but i haven't had the best results. Is there anything more effective but that is legal when it comes to supplements?

The answer is yes.
But many things must be factored in. There is a big learning curve. Start out by reading every faq on this board. Then read them all again. Sorry I'm not giving a quick answer, but there is much to be learned before you just start taking stuff you know little about.
You've much reading to do. Get to it.

BTW, you should also post your age, stats, history, etc. That way everyone knows what you are working with.

Get your diet and training in check first, then supplement with things.
