ECA Question (Substitution)

I was wondering if I could substitute Hot Rox brand fatloss product for an ECA stack to take with my morning cardio. And also, should I take an ECA stack 3 times a day as suggested, or only before cardio? I am not fat, just looking to keep fat to a minimum while bulking.

Anyone know?

I think ECY works better than ECA, but thats JMO. Hot Rox is a decent sub for ECA, but you can't expect the same results for it.
