I drink the strawberry...and add a banana to it 30 to 40 minutes before workout...3 scoops 48 grms protein...mmmmm gooood

man, MuscleMilk and Infusion are the sh** ! Best **** protein I ever used . They are basically the same type of protein shake. You should use a blender, because they taste smoother that way.

i haven't tasted the muscle milk but from everone elses response it probably does taste very good.

ive read the profile of the ingredients and there not that impressive.
just a bit of hype of ingredients.

but if your looking for a whey protien for performance eg for muscle building there are much better protiens out there, i would get ion exchange isloates or whey protien isolate.

this is probably true for old technology but the new generation of wpi is supiorior to whey concentrate, egg and milk protiens.

wpi also has high levels of glutamine i think about 10 or 15g per 100grams.
so you don't need to buy extra.
and it is also low in lactose less then <1% so you get less bad breath and need to take less trips to the toilet and you have less farts.

The main point is about the glycomacropeptide.

When I was told about this stuff, I did some investigating. Ion exchange is basically the same process that it has been from the start. Micro and ultra filtration is the latest technology. Only one company still uses ion exchange.

Bro's I can't get enough of this stuff (Muscle Milk), I have to be honest...I never heard of it until I seen it on here and how everyone was happy with it, so I gave it a try I ordered it I drank it now IM addicted THis is the best protein drink I ever tasted, at this moment Im getting ready to order 2 more. I like the Choc. milk shake, and believe it or not it really does taste like a milk shake. Funny short story, a co-worker of mine (who never touch a weight in his life) and I went out for lunch at work so I got chicken from a grilled chicken place and he got the same but wanted a milk shake from a local restaurant, so we headed back to work at that time I thought I would play a joke on him and mixed a serv. of Muscle milk and replaced it with the milk shake it got from the rest. this happened last week Tuesday and still today he has no idea i switched it, he swore they changed their milk shake and said it was awesome, now one problem when he wants to go back and get another one he's gonna get the rest. one and not my Muscle Milk, thats when I will tell him I switched it... Oh yeah by the way I mix it with this milk called Carb Countdown, 0 fat 3g carbs, 3g sugar, 12g protein, tastes really good, you guys should give that milk a try...take care
