    B12 inject or swallow

I just bought some B-12 from calvetsupply 1000 mcg , I also bought liquid B-12 from GNC also 1000 mcg that you take by mouth. Is there an advantage to injecting the B-12 vs. mixing the GNC in a drink. If there is no difference why inject?

The only difference is that people cut it with their gear to lower the pain of injetion, like with prop. Same effectiveness though.

based on my expierience it is as effective but not on a mcg to mcg basis...what i mean is that you can get away with 500-1000mcgs injected daily while if taking it oraly i take around 4000mcgs to get the desired effect, 2000am 2000pm...but that is in pill form not liquid, i assume there is not too much different because they are both going through the same digestive process

It is significantly more effective to inject. I don't know the exact numbers, but you lose well over half of anything you ingest orally.

Vitamins can be toxic if abused. B vitamins in particular.

And, yes, you can use your B-12 to "cut" your oil based gear, but they don't really mix and the oil will still go in slowly. If you are looking to improve the injection rate, put your gear in warm water before injection.

i thought excess b vitamins were non toxic and were passed through your system via the urinary track. I heard it was the E vitamins that were toxic if abused. Im not saying you are wrong i am just wondering.

Sorry, but this is not true. What would they be toxic to? They are not toxic, you can not die from an overdose on B vitamins. If you ingest more than you need you will excrete it out.

injection is far far superior there is only a 5% absorbtion when taking anything orally and close to 100% by injection the gut chews everything up so 4000mcg is only 200mcg so injection just improves bio availability
