    Especially for Men - Vitamin Shoppe - One serving is two tablets so I take them 12 hours apart. I take them every day in addtion I take other anti-oxidants.

    Man, the best in the world is Garden of Life essential for men. I take three with lunch , and three with dinner . A total of six is the dose required Per day, but the results are off the chain. The best vitamin I've ever used. I like Mega Men, but I'm 30 plus, I need more from my vits.
