    Eca ??

    isnt the normal dose 25mg eph, 200mg caff, 81mg asp

    your suppose to take 3 servings a day but i thought i read somewhere that you dont want more that 50mg ephedrine. is that true?

    Thats pretty normal. I think 20 mg E is recommended.

    so having 75mg throughout the day isnt a problem?

    Nah, i've done it and i think alot of people use that much ED.
