    Thumbs up Supplements???????......................

    I'm taking protoplex once a day just after workout, it's 43g of protein a serving, i'm taking creatine once a day aswell....... What are the best supplements to use & what is your supplement intake?

    protein, creatine, glutamine, and a multi vitamin pack

    i take 220g of protein a day , 10mg creatine, 10mg glutamine

    1-2 multi vit packs, 1.5-2gals of water

    i've heard glutamine is good like, have u heard of L-Glutamine?

    Its the same stuff L-Glut and Glut and is one supplement I would take

    Take Vit C 2000mg aday
    Cod liver oil and multi vit (provides 100% RDA of Vit A,B,C,D,E)
    Vit E 500iu

    New guy here, but willing to help

    Hi. I'm new to this board but not to the sport of bodybuilding. It would be helpful if we had more info about you. How old are you? How much do you currently weigh? Body fat? What are your goals? Bodybuilding experience (sounds like you're a beginner)? Current workout regimen? Diet? Cutting/bulking? Supplements are only going to be helpful if your diet and exercise are in check.

    As for me, I'm 34, 6'1", 218#, 10% BF, currently bulking - worked my way up from 140# at age 28. I currently take a Multi-Vitamin, Vit C, creatine 5g q am and post-workout, 5-15 g glutamine depending upon whether I am cutting or bulking, glucosamine 1 g q d (for an old ankle sprain), and just started a Nor-diol transdermal. But the key is exercise and nutrition. You mentioned your MRP, but how much is your total daily protein and caloric intake? I typically consume at least 300 g protein daily.
