do you agree with rambo when he says no glutamine in pwo drink ?

Rambo writes that glutamine will fight with whey glutamine peptides for assimilation. But I haven't seen any mention of glutamine peptides on a whey label. I'd like to understand

I've went back and deleted my lounge threads....
I don't wanna hit 3000 yet.. I whored too much in June and July...

    Some additional info:

"Glutamine Peptides are amino acids broken down into their smaller more digestible form using what is called the hydrolyzation process. This process allows for better transportation of Glutamine into the bloodstream and muscle tissue where it is needed. Because of the increased absorption with Glutamine Peptide, your bodies natural growth hormone levels will rise, therefore putting your body in a much better state for obtaining lean muscle mass and burning body fat. "

OK now if I've got glutamine peptides, I can add them to my pwo whey shake. If I've got l-glutamine I have to drink it at another time, i.e. with caseine and with solid sources of proteins (eggs, meat, fish, soybean, etc.) Am I right ?
Now another question, I'm a diabetic, do I need slin to assimilate my L-glutamine ?

NO. You missed the point. There is already glut. peptides in nearly every brand of whey protein... follow what Rambo said, and the advice given above. You misunderstood.

You can take it before AM cardio, and before bed....

BTW... are you sure that's how much you want to take?

Why are you dead set on taking glutamine, you don't need to spend money on it. You probably get enough from protein shakes.
