L-arginine, is it worthwhile, anyone tried it ?

Its the stuff in nitric oxide stimulaters. Its a better value than those NO supps, but IMO neither really does anythign to help make gains.

It's helps to provide the 'perpetual pump' they use to sell their product... so you feel pumped all day...
Some people like it, it's all up to you...
IMO, I'd stick to whey, glutamine, MultiVit. etc.....

it is inexpensive and helps give you a pump...but not really worth it in the long run

Funny how inexpensive arginine is, yet the NO supplements which are made primarily of arginine are expensive. It's all about hype.

I actually have never been to GNC, i think there is one in the local mall. I never went there even before i heard all of the horror stories about getting ripped off.

yeah i used to go there, when n02 first came out they gave me the NO2 handbook and i swear they made it sound like it was god...that is until you read the ingredients (3000mg arginine) smart marketing, but still fukt up
