what is the exact timing of your first solid meal after wo ? If I start an hour after pwo drink and finish 2 hours after (meal will last for an hour because after squats I'm not hungry at all), is it OK ? What would you advice for a "slow-eater" ?

Meals should last half hour, I wouldnt go out to an hour. Unless I were at a china buffet. My ppwo meal is around 45 min after the pwo shake.
