Question about Ginsend tablets at gas station???

Hey guys! I know this is a weird question but I have been taking the homeade ECA Stack. But I picked up some "Ginseng" tablets at the local gas station the other day just to try them out. Well my question is do I still add my caffeine tablets in with the Ginseing tablets? Or do I just take the Ginseing tablets by themselves?? The Ginseing has "172 mog" of Chromium Picolinate" and 1278 mg of "Proprietary Blend" if that helps??? I dont want to go overkill but I still want to get the same effect I have been gettin from my homeade stack. Anyway, sorry for the long post! Thanks Bro's!!

Personally, I wouldn't trust any supplement from a gas station.

A lot of gas stations have that stacker 2 and caffiene stuff. It all says "New and improved, ephedra free!" which most literaly translates to "Now this $hit sucks!"
