Im 18, 215 pounds with a very slow metabolism and Ill soon be going on a bulking diet following the "UNoffical How to Bulk thread and sample diet" w/ the cardio and all. following that plan I would do cardio in the morning for 45-60 min, then eat a pro/carb meal with r-ala 45 min after the cardio. I think he also said to take Biotin with it.
Are all theses supplements necissary?
