    anyone used micellar matrix?

    its from bulk nutrition. i'm considering getting it for my bedtime shakes. anyone with experience using it or input?

    I have used it. The one i used was by ISS research. Its just a protein blend made mostly of casein. You can get cheaper protein with the same effects elsewhere. Try finding a customizable protein somewhere.
