how much food on m1t.

im an a cycle of m1t and 4derm right now. 20 m1t and 400 4derm.
so my question is this. om 5'8 160-165 and only 6% bf.
how much should i eat. its been 2 weeks on my cycle and i've been eating about 3000 cals. i want to gain clean hard muscle. so am i eating enough or should i add 500 more o so????
remember my goal is to stay hard but gain some clean muscle.

As much clean food as you can eat. I would say try to get it around 4000 cals ED.
