i have heard alot of good things about celltech but when used w/ nitro tech also.. i dont know how it does byitself... bump for more info

I personaly buy higher power creatine from bodybuilding.com, cheap price and pretty stellar stuff.

go to allsportsnutrition.com and look under S.A.N.......I have also been using it with regular micronized creatine......i take the v12 before lifting and the micronized creatine before bed with glutamine....my results have been amazing feels like i never got off my cycle (cus i was in PCT)

Swole V2 is the best tasting creatine i've ever had, sweet tart punch is so good. It works well, decent strength gains or maintainance depending on when your using it.
is swole cheaper than v12?
Its also the same thing as if u were to consume your creatine drink right after your workout and 20 minutes later you have your PWO shake with two heaping scoops of Dex......It will relatively give u the same effects.....my .02cents
Ive tried a bunch: cell-tech, meta-cel, trac, reg. creatine monohydrate, and pretty much get teh same results with all of them. I like meta-cel though
make your own mix, efficent and not as costly
