i have been taking in 20 grams of glutamine a day , i was wondering if their is any benefits to take in more?
what i have noticed is that it seems to burn some fat too.
and it makes my muscles fuller, thats good.
is it true that we need to take it separetly form our protein powders???
i ugually take it first thing in the morning 5g with water and my vitamines.
then around 3 pm and if i train that day i take another after training and before bed i take another 5g
