    glutamine is more better

    i have been taking in 20 grams of glutamine a day , i was wondering if their is any benefits to take in more?

    what i have noticed is that it seems to burn some fat too.

    and it makes my muscles fuller, thats good.

    is it true that we need to take it separetly form our protein powders???

    i ugually take it first thing in the morning 5g with water and my vitamines.

    then around 3 pm and if i train that day i take another after training and before bed i take another 5g

    I have heard that taking glutamine w/ shakes is bad because of the ameno acids.. Something about the ameno's can not all be used cause they are wasted cause they can not all be used at the same time. I just got done listing to a guy who works at Gold's Gym. He called me and we got talking about muscle wasting from cardio, and he told me to take the glutamine, but not with shakes. I am sure someone else can do alot better job of explaning. peace

    Yep you need to take glutamine seperate to any protein shakes or indeed away from any other type of protein.Protein hinders the absobption of this amino acid

    i never take glutamine with shakes,

    i take it in the morning , afternoon and just before bedtime

    In what form do you guys take the Glut?? Powder, capsule.
    What mg dosage do you think is most efective?

    I take it as a powder and normally around 10g a day.I think that is what most of the guys on here take that as
