I have taken M1T for 3 days now and am quitting becuase the lethargy is horrible. My question is can I just stop without taking any PCT or should I take some tribex and 6 oxo? If so, how much and for how long.
Also, I don't have clomid or nolva.

you should be fine if its just 3 days if you have trib it cant hurt
Did you take 4derm with it? Its supposed to help with that.
Yes I took 4ad.
I heard that you have to increse the amount of 4ad to combat the lethargy. I would do a search and try to find the exact dosage.
Well I want to stop regardless.
So after only 3 days, do I need PCT (some Tribex 500) or could I just stop.
If your taking 4-ad at a moderate to high dose, the lethargy could be from the fact that m1t rapes your blood-sugar levels, so keep carbs high and should not have a problem.
NSA
what does your diet look like when you're on M1T. do you just add some oats to each of your meals. can you give me a brief rundown of when you have your pro/carb meals.
I cant say ive noticed any lethargy at all, just tired from waking up at 7am each day. Which haunts me towards the end of the week, but thats normal. I did notice a decreased apetite on my first week, but now I cant tell. Too bad i got a cold right now, only my 3rd week, missing this week of lifting because of it.
I eat oatmeal and a protein shake or brown rice and chicken. I do that like 2 or 3 times each, to make up about 5-6 meals out of my day, then i have some random tasty meal for dinner. The dinner meal is usually cooked by my gf and semi-healthy. I am not into macro counting, i just try and stay eating healthy stuff with a semi-cheat meal for dinner. It works for me. IDK if im normal or not, cuz i don't do cardio ever really and don't put on fat much at all.
