Hey Bro's! My roomate takes the Mega Men Multivitamin and I was looking at it the other day and its got a lot of **** in it! Some of it I am already taking but some I'm not. So I was wondering if I need to add that into my arsenal???? This is what I take now, throughout the day........
CLA
Glucosamine-for Joints
Chondroitin - for joints
ECA Stack-minus the Aspirin
R-ALA
Biotin
ALC
Taurine
Melatonin (at night b4 bed)

I would, your not taking any vitamins really, no b,c or e and many other trace minerals. Those supplements are good but you should use a multi to maximize your results.
I would take a multi-vitamin every day for the rest of your life

you don;t need expensive hyped up multi-vit/minerals just get a basic one which covers your 100% rda of essentian vitamins and minerals.
i pay something like 50p for a box of 30 tabs which is a months supply from my local shopping center.
Just get something with alot of essentials in it.
