what is better?
is a pwo protien shake with alot of carbs and sugar(n large2) better than one with little to no carbs and less sugar (an isolate).dont i need alot of carbs and sugar after workout?please help?

you should be getting about 50 grams ofprotien (whey) and 50 grams of fast acting carbs (like dextrose) for your PWO nutrition.

I like to take my protein powders and put in with other things depending on the time of day. PWO I do like 40 g whey protein and 80 g pure dextrose. Or before bed whey and casein mix. But pure dex and whey is the best PWO at least IMO.
