Eatin To Bulk
I know that if I want to put the muscle on i need to be eating more than normal(clean) but I wake up pretty early, around 5 and i never feel like eating,
so my first meal of the day is around 12, sometimes not till 3. I put on muscle fairly easy. I weigh 205, 16% bf, 6'2. I was wondering if i should get some MRP's or something and have those in the morning. Please help I want to Bulk and be natural. Probably gonna be ordering up some weight gainer, N Large2?
How much should I be eating everyday?

also make your own mrp.
50g whey protien
50g maltodextrin
1 vitamin tablet
and take a few of these throughout the day.
