    Eatin To Bulk

    I know that if I want to put the muscle on i need to be eating more than normal(clean) but I wake up pretty early, around 5 and i never feel like eating,
    so my first meal of the day is around 12, sometimes not till 3. I put on muscle fairly easy. I weigh 205, 16% bf, 6'2. I was wondering if i should get some MRP's or something and have those in the morning. Please help I want to Bulk and be natural. Probably gonna be ordering up some weight gainer, N Large2?
    How much should I be eating everyday?

    also make your own mrp.

    50g whey protien
    50g maltodextrin
    1 vitamin tablet

    and take a few of these throughout the day.

    Youre telling me that you go 10 hours sometimes after waking up before you eat? Are you anorexic? How do you not die of hunger pains. But if for some reason you seriously dont eat for that long, then no sh!t you better eat some MRP's or some **** hungry man's. But visit the diet forum and try to get used to eating
