    Question for 1-tu users or past users

    Guys I got two bottles of 1-tu.. My bottles say 3 pills a day spread throughout the day, 6 weeks on... How has everyone cycled? Im going to do the two bottles which last 3 days less of 6 weeks at 3 pills a day.. just wondeirng if I should after say, 2 weeks bump it up to 4 or 5 pills a day? thanx

    i did the whole 2 bottles w/ the same dose...i never bump it. but i guess you can depending on how your body is reacting to it.

    i did 3 pills 3 times a day with food for 2 bottles worth.worked well for me!!

    it took about 2-3 weeks.i definatelt noticed it after that.when your nuts crawl into your belly you'll know!!

    hey, Im doing 3 pills a day also of 1-TU, and I only weigh 170 lbs. (I used to weigh 150)

    Is that alright, or should I lower my doseage?

    Im only on my first week.

    holy crap I was feelin pretty lethargic yesterday yeesh.. Got some good strength gains though.. tonight's chest night so we'll see what happens

    well after you said something about headaches the next day and everyday after that i have had a headache feels like sinus pressure in my eye i donno other than that i really think its to early to tell cause im only 9 days into it although im eating like a horse large meals and then in like an hour and a half two hours im starving again haha the past week i have not been able to do anything fun cause all my money is going into food .

    im hopeing after 2 weeks the start of my third week ill see some changes.

    1 tu is good but I notice i need long cycles to notice effects 1tu is better than any non methylated version of 1 test but i transdermal is still superior to 1 tu due to more absorbtion.

    I noticed around a 5-7 pound gain from 1 tu of a month cycle. And about a month post cycle lost about 3.

    I would give 1 tu a 3 out of 5 stars for a non methylated oral 1 test product

    top notch being m1t

    transdemal id go with s1+

    In about 3 weeks im going to start pinning it!!! at 500-600mg a week

    Go hard or go home eh brian... lol Well I kno 1-tu isnt that great for muscle gains... but for Strength... HOLY S#$t!!!! Maybe its cuz of my diet but this stuff is wicked.. Im in week 2 and last night added 20 pounds to my incline for my last set of 6!!!

    Boys headaches are def worse?? Anyone know anything about this?? its like a pressure in the sides and forhead and sometimes a shooting pain.. could just be sinus's.. Incline went up yet another 10 pounds this wek.. going good..

    my headaches went away im starting week 3 now and so far not happy at all , im bumping it up to 4 pills aday and adding 4-ad (500-600mg)spray to the mix as soon as my Femara.

    Check your blood pressure. You may have a nasty surprise. I had to cut back my dosage because of the effect that it had on my bp.

    my strength i would say is a little up but ill know on friday
    ill test it with the bench , my eating is out of controll
    last night i had one of those "on core" (sp) salsibury steak
    meals 2 lbs of food , like 4 steaks and tha thing of mac and cheese about an hour and a half later i had 2 can of tuna
    3 banana's and a can of green beans. its getting really expensive to feed me

    Lol same here man.. I get really really freaking hungry at night too.. try eating when u get up.. then 2 hours later.. then lunch.. then 2 hours later.. then dinner.. then before bed snack.. im aiming for 4-5 shakes a day as well!!! I can't wait till I cross the bridge n do real stuff lol... but my strengths going up
