    unhappy with b-5

    how many of you guys have tried b-5 and think it sucks and is a waste of money, ive heard alot of good things about it, but no bad things. anyone thinks its S@%T?

    you are asking about b-5 as an alternative to accutane, correct? if so i would like some info on that as well...

    It takes time to work around 3 friggin months to notice real results!!!

    Plus In order to have accutane like effects you need 20grams a day!!!
    most people dont take enough to notice real effects just minor ones

    Most peopl dont know that in order for it to work you need to take it in three divided doses throughout the day

    taken at that high of a dose does it have any negative effects or is it just excreted naturaly like any of the other b vitamins

    also would it be wise to start b-5 at the begining of a 12 week cycle so that it is starting to kick in right when acne hits?

    but i would rather use something that isnt as toxic as accutane...espicialy if using a 17AA
