think M1T can be used as a bridge between cycles effectively?

i actually found what looks like a great sports supplement book on the biochemical reactions to today's sports supplements. post graduate text that looks very informative, but i don't think M1t is going to be in there for me to research although myabe i can piece it together from other references

I know that m1t is VERY suppressive. Saw some bloodwork on anabolicminds.com and it showed nearly complete testosterone suppression after 3 days. No-one is sure of the half life either, some speculation puts it between 5 and 10 hours.
