    Supps to minimize muscle loss on holiday.

    Next march I am going on holiday for two weeks to the Maldives and the island I will be staying on has no gym!
    What supplements would you guys recommend (preferably lightweight) to take with me to prevent muscle loss while away?

    In 2 weeks you wont see much "muscle loss" bro, I defintly suggest you make sure your protein intake is high and other than protein shakes I dont think there would be any supplements that would be worth buying for a 2 week holiday.

    I agree 2 weeks you will mainly just loose some strength but maybe load some creatine or something.

    Glutamine is supposed to be anti catabolic

    I know I nam probably worrying over nothing but I will enjoy my holiday so much more if I feel that I am doing something to maintain my muscle.

    Having read DBarcelo's stuff on Juven I toyed with the idea of trying that but its bloody expensive, has anyone else used it?

    You'll be ok. Just do some bodyweight exercises.
