A new Norwegian study was recently published that compared two large groups of overweight subjects with similar diets and exercise programs. One group was placebo, the other was given CLA. The CLA grouped showed slightly lower bodyweight, but with significantly more lean muscle mass and less fat and therefore, the CLA was determined to make its effect on overall body composition. What do you guys think? Heard anything? Anybody taking it?
