am i correct in my thinking that M1T can't aromatize? what about 4AD? i'm wondering b/c if so, what should one do if their nipple get sensitive/itch/swell while doing the recommended 4 week cycle? should the cycle be stopped and PCT started, or should novla be run while on the cycle? if 4AD doesn't aromatize, i guess there won't be this problem.

4ad turns into testosterone which aromatizes but if you are getting nipple sensativity with just m1t try vitamin b6 and nolva otherwise the nolva will work. do 60- 80mg until symptoms subside.

when the symptoms subside should you continue to run the cycle and nolva at say 10mg aday then continue to run it at your pct schedule(40 mg ED of Nolvadex for the first two weeks, Then down to 20 mg ED of Nolvadex -nsa) or 20mg during your pct?

or stop the cycle and start pct?

whats the general rule of thumb?

I would say take 40-80 mg nolvadex until symptons subside, then you continue. I am running nolvadex with my cycle right now and i have absolutely no water retention, i am also taking winstrol with it. I think i've actually lost some water form before i started this cycle. I am also running milk thistle. total mg of 17-aa = 40 mg ED, still less than most people take of winstrol ED.

isnt nolva legal? if so where can u get it....and what does pct stand for....
