    THERMOGAIN by Muscletech?

Ever since Muscletech started changing their supplements with the banning of ephedra I've become disappointed in their products. Now they have this THERMOGAIN supplement. Sounds bogus. Anyone try this?

When i bring up the fact that its by muscletech i mean that it is undoubtedly over priced. It might work a little but it is surely overpriced...

caffeine most certainly does interfere with creatine uptake! Do not have any caffeine within 45 minutes pre or post consumption of creatine!

I got 2 packs of it as well in the mail. Along with that johnie jackson poster with a training split on it. They always give out free samples cuz they need to bring in more customers.

Thumbs up It all depends on you body......

I bought this product...and i couldnt beleive on how well it actually worked!
I took my first dose 45 minutes before my hockey practice...and i couldnt beleive that even through out the entire 1 hour of skating, I didn't get tired, not to mention the major increase in my energy, and my overal alertness was at an all time high. My agility and reaction time was definately increased. Overal, i like it at this point. In a little than a week, ill let you know of any physical results. wish me luck.

(keep in mind my diet is intip top shape....and so is my body...im not giving you a bunch of bull-sh$# hype>)

IMO its crap and even the ingredients contradict themselves. I have tried my sample they sent me before lifting. And for strength training purposes it sucks. Your results could be placebo effect. Knowing that your on something causes people to push themselves harder, thus seeing 'results.'

Everyone comes on here saying they have a tip-top diet and are in excellent condition are sorely mistaken when it comes to their potential. You can always be better and your diet can always be improved. Post your diet in the diet forum and it have ripped apart for your own benefit.

might seem like a dumb question but does this have any ephedrine in it? I read the side label and it seems to have a lot of caffeine in it but no ephedrine. Im taking it right now and have noticed quite a kick from it before workouts but would I be better off adding some ephedrine to it?
