    Headaches ...ouch

    Sorry to start a new thread guys... but .. Im on my 3rd week of 1-tu and my freaking head is pounding today.. like to the point of missing a work out!! It I seem to get them everyday.. It usually only occurs in the eveing but today I woke up with a bad one! any help please?
