I've heard people say to take it before am cardio, this won't negate the benefits of doing the cardio on an empty stomach will it?
I take it immediately post workout as the muscles have depleted stores. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue.

Do I have to wait for GLutaine to " kick in " or it just starts working right away?
i thought you didn't want to do this as it would fight the glut. peptides in whey (assuming you drink your PWO shake immediately too). am I just confused on this or what? :unsure:Quote:
